The Shared folder/s will display in the Media Manager, along with the Collections or Galleries folders, presenting with a similar setup. If granted privileges, any User/ Marketer (across the Region), can be given access to add or delete files within the Administration section of the Experience Manager. Shared folder features include the ability to add additional folders, collapse folders, upload/download files, drag and drop files between folders, and the ability to add modify to the role for users to use.
