Understanding Media Manager
The Media Manager supports file-based assets such as office documents, Adobe PDF, video files, and images. The Media console supports the organization of assets, version control, internal collaboration and governance of asset metadata such as tags or descriptions.
The media containers include:
Collections
Assets are organized in folders called Collections.
Galleries
Galleries provide a method to virtually group assets from multiple Collections. Assets in Galleries are ‘shortcuts’ to the original source file stored in a Collection. Deleting an asset from a Gallery does not affect the source file in the Collection.
Accessing Media Manger
Click on the Hamburger Menu in the upper left corner and select Media Manager.

Navigate Media Manager
Within each console there are tools available that are specific to the sub-menus and their records/features.
