The Activities, Trips, and Classes section allows users to create, manage and distribute enterprise events that can be viewed on the Website and Mobile Apps. This section is broken into a several categories. The categories are present to allow for easy organization and utilization of the stored meta-data.

The categories include:

  • Child & Youth
  • Events
  • FFSC Classes
  • Fitness Classes
  • Fleet & Family Support
  • Food, Beverage & Entertainment
  • Liberty
  • Recreation
  • Trips

The Activities categories consist of a container event that house an event instance(s). The parent container activity stores the bulk of the activity details while the activity Instance identifies the calendar occurrence(s).  In most cases the instance will inherit this metadata. If an event shares some details, but not all, the system allows an override within each activity instance.

Activity Parent containers are made up of:

  • Details (Title, Image, URL, Featured toggle, Hide Enterprise Ad toggle, Location/ Address Contact Information)
  • Description (Teaser and Description Text)
  • Images (Image, Image Associated Links)
  • Downloads
  • Tags
  • Additional Locations
  • Additional Categories
  • Groups

Activity Instances contain:

  • Date & Time
  • Overrides- When selected the inherited metadata from the parent container will appear in a new tab and a user may update the inherited data on the current instance.
