Allowances:

  • Smart Destinations can be combined with other Vendor tickets.
  • Smart Destinations can be combined with other Vendor APIs, as long as they have no restrictions of their own.

Ticket Portal Confirmation Screen:

  • "Print All" will print all tickets on a confirmation page.

API Specifics:

  • Tickets Orders are grouped by PLUs
  • Smart Destinations will email the patron when an email is present on the order.
    • Portal User has the ability to override and print at the desk via "Download", on the Order Confirmation.
    • If separate emails are assigned when creating the order, the email will break out each ticket as a separate order, per ticket.
