The Facility Detail- Hours of Operation allow you to set your Hours of Operation. If you have an Unmanned Space or a Space that has different Hours than that of your Master Facility you can override those hours at the Space level.

Midnight Time Entry
If your facility hours extend after or until midnight there is a certain way you need to enter in your timeframe. The earliest the Open Time can be is 12:00am and the latest the Close Time can be is 11:59pm.
This example the Facility is open 24/7 but only has manned hours from 5:00am - 8:00pm. If you enter in your time buckets like the incorrect example 8:00pm - 5:00am, you are going into Tuesday which is incorrect.
This example the Facility is open until midnight. If you enter in your time buckets like the incorrect example 5:00am - 12:00am, you are going into Tuesday which is incorrect.
Step by Step Guide
- Select the Hours of Operation Tab
- Add Additional Hours OR Delete existing Hours.
If you choose to Delete, hover your mouse over the Time line you wish to delete and a Trash Can will appear.
Click the Open or Close time you wish to edit.
- Select the New time, Click "Done"
- Click "Save"
