Order Fulfillment

  1. Double click on the Open Order to be fulfilled.


  2. Click on the Create Shipment button.


  3. Click on the "+" button to add a ticket.


  4. Select the tickets to be added and click on the Add Selected Ticket(s) button.


  5. Next, select the Fulfill Ticket button.


  6. In the FIFO tab, enter in an amount for Qty. to Fulfill with FIFO, then click Save.


  7. Click on the Marked Shipped button.


  8. Create a Tracking Number and click the Save button.


  9. The Status has now been updated to "Shipped".


  10. Click on the the Back to Order button to verify.


  11. A green dot will display next to the Shipment's status, instead of a gray dot.
