Allowances:

  • Universal Orlando can NOT be combined with other Vendor tickets.


Restrictions:

  • Universal Orlando can NOT be combined with other Vendor tickets.
  • Universal Orlando restricts the sale of more than 6 promotional tickets (Military Salute). System should error if sale is attempted.
  • Window and Kiosk tickets can NOT be combined in the cart.
    • See Ticket Detail> Ticket Portal Controls> Window/Kiosk setting

  • When cancelled, Universal requires the entire orders cancellation.

    • The Sales Order total updates upon cancellation to reflect the new total.
    • Ticket line item total updates returned qty and item subtotal.

Ticket Portal Confirmation Screen:

  • "Print All"  generates a confirmation page.

API Specifics:

  • All Universal Orders are retrieved by name ONLY, name should be required under ticket portal controls.  
  • Orders share the same Order ID and Confirmation Number for all tickets within the order.
