MTP Returns > Return Detail
- Click on the Return Ticket Barcode List button.
- Click on the Dispute button for the barcode(s) to be disputed.
- Enter in a Requested Resolution in the field and then click the Save button.
- Note the red dot, indicating that the barcode has a dispute now. Click the Done button.
- In the Disputes tab, note that the Liability Dispute is now displayed.
