Preconditions
- Login with your Program Manager ID/Password
 
- User is logged in and possess appropriate access privileges
 
Description: 
Create an Parent Activity  
Steps
- Go to Menu Selector, top Left  
 - Select Calendar
 - Select your Facility or Space
 - Click the Parent Activity 
Note: When Selected the system will apply a white circle. - Drag and Drop the Parent Activity on the New Event date. 
 - Complete the Date & Time 
 - Complete the Recurrence Pattern by selecting Weekly or Monthly
For more info on settings see Help. - Select Overrides if the Session needs to Override any of the Parent Activity settings. 
 - Complete appropriate Override Tabs.
 - Click Save
 - Confirm that Session was created.
Expected Result
- User should have created a Reoccurring Event Session on the Calendar.
