| Deletion | Only Space and/ or Sections that are linked to Activities or Sessions that have occurred (Past) will allow deletion. If the system finds a link to any "Future" Activities or Sessions it will not allow deletion. |
Step-by-step guide
- Click on the menu icon in the top left header area.
- Click "Facilities".
- Select the appropriate Facility Type (In this case, “Fitness Centers”).
- “Double Click” the Facility with Space needing to be deleted.
- “Highlight” the Space
- Hit the "Delete" button on keyboard.
Note: For Mac users- Hold down "Function" and "Delete". - Click "Yes" to delete.
