Preconditions
- Login with your Program Manager ID/Password
- User is logged in and possess appropriate access privileges
Objective: In this lesson you will record an Activity's Attendance.
Steps
- Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Activity Catalog workspace.
- Select Activity Attendance, on Left
- Double Click an Activity or open with the Pencil icon.
Note: Activities will display in the que once they occur. The occurrence is based on the local Installation time. - Enter the appropriate counts or cancel class
- Click Save - system will display the Activity Attendance Overview screen
- In the top right, select "Completed"
- Confirm your Activity was updated with appropriate counts and now appears in the "Completed" Activity Attendance overview
