• Login with your Program Manager ID/Password
  • User is logged in and possess appropriate access privileges

 

Objective: In this lesson you will record an Activity's Attendance.

 

Steps

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Activity Catalog workspace.

  2. Select Activity Attendance, on Left
  3. Double Click an Activity or open with the Pencil icon. 
    Note: Activities will display in the que once they occur. The occurrence is based on the local Installation time. 
  4. Enter the appropriate counts or cancel class
  5. Click Save - system will display the Activity Attendance Overview screen
  6. In the top right, select "Completed"
  7. Confirm your Activity was updated with appropriate counts and now appears in the "Completed" Activity Attendance overview
