Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the menu icon in the top left header area.

  2. Click "Facilities".


  3. Select the appropriate Facility Type (In this case, “Fitness Centers”).

  4. “Double Click” or select the " Pencil" on the Facility record needing a space.

  5. Click the “Plus” icon.

  6. Select a “Type”

    Continue adding details (Title, Short Name, Additional Information)

    Note

    Depending on the “Type” that you select there may be Additional Space Information needed. This Additional Space Information will vary depending on your selection.

     

     

  7. In this example the “Type” Pool Basketball Court requires Additional Space Information.

  8. Continue to the Description Tab and enter any appropriate information.


  9. Click “Sections”, if your space can be divided into sections. 
    As an example, a Basketball Court can be divided into half courts. Sections would include Upper Court and Lower Court. 
  10. Click the "+" sign. 
  11. Add Section Name and Description.

  13. Continue this process for each additional space.
