- Use the "Search" to enter the Customer Information or Order Number.
- Click the "Order #".
- Find the Ticket/s to cancel, click "View Barcodes".
- Find the barcode/s, Click "Cancel".
- Select a "Return Reason"
- If the ticket has not left the office, select "yes".
- Click "Save".
- Select "Close".
