Allowances:

  • Galaxy Connect Smart Destinations can be combined with other Galaxy Connect Vendor tickets.
  • Galaxy Connect can Smart Destinations can be combined with other Vendor APIs, as long as they have no restrictions of their own. Galaxy Connect Vendor orders can include tickets from multiple locations

 

Restrictions:

Ticket Portal Confirmation Screen:

  • "Print All" will print all tickets in the order, not a confirmation page.on a confirmation page.

API Specifics:

  • Tickets Orders are grouped by PLUs
  • Smart Destinations will email the patron when an email is present on the order.
    • Portal User has the ability to override and print at the desk via "Download", on the Order Confirmation.
    • If separate emails are assigned when creating the order, the email will break out each ticket as a separate order, per ticket.
