Objective: In this lesson you will create a Parent Activity.
...
- Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Calendar workspace.
- Select your Facility or Space
- Double Click the first day of your Activity
- Enter the detailed information using the four tabs across the top of the Activity Detail window. Click save when complete. Complete the Details
Note: The Facility selected on the Details screen will automatically link with the associated Region and Installation. - Select Scheduling
- Complete the Date & Time
- Select Description
- Complete the Description and Teaser
- Find your Region or Installation, expand by selecting the “arrow”
- Hover the mouse over your installation and select the "arrow"
- Click Save - system will display the Activity Catalog Overview screen
- Confirm your Activity was created
