Objective: In this lesson you will create a Parent Activity.


Steps

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Calendar workspace.

  2. Select your Facility or Space
  3. Double Click the first day of your Activity
  4. Enter the detailed information using the four tabs across the top of the Activity Detail window. Click save when complete. 
    Note: The Facility selected on the Details screen will automatically link with the associated Region and Installation.
  5. Confirm your Activity was created
