Uptime.com Subscription Management Instruction

Our Uptime.com application status page allows for subscriptions which signs users up to receive alerts on the applications they choose from the page. Whether this is a maintenance or unexpected outage applicable notifications will be sent out to registered users using the method of their choosing. You may subscribe to anything on the page but utilizing this function will allow you to not be overwhelmed with alerts for things you aren’t interested in or don’t use/support.

Note

As new things are added to the page you will be automatically subscribed to those items by default. If you start seeing alerts you don’t want to you can simply update your subscription at any time following the instruction at the end of this documents.

How to Subscribe

1. Browse to https://uptime.com/statuspage/CNIC-FFR-Status
2. Click the “Subscribe to Updates” button

3. Select the type of alerting you would like to receive. The options are email, RSS, and SMS. Email is the preferred option as SMS are limited per licensing and should be used only as needed. Enter your details and click Subscribe.

4. Select all or only the applications that you are specifically interested in receiving alerts for.

a. Please make sure to Choose Important Notifications as well when selecting your preferences.

5. If successful you should receive this notification and a message confirming your subscription as well.

How to Update Your Subscription

You can update your subscription choices any time you like by using one of the following options. You may also unsubscribe at any time by simply utilizing the “Unsubscribe” button that is included with all emails from uptime.com.

Option 1 – When you register you should receive a message with a link that allows you to update your preferences. Simply go to the link at any time and update what you would like to receive alerts for.

Option 2 – If you can’t locate the link that you initially received simply browse to https://uptime.com/statuspage/CNIC-FFR-Status and go through the initial Subscription process again. When you enter the same email or SMS number you used before it will tell you that you are already registered but will also resend the message with the link you need to manage your subscription preferences.
