Facility Returns > Add Facility Return

  1. Click on Type of Ticket to return

  2. Click the "+" button.



  3. Select items from the drop down menu if not preset for you. When complete, click on the Create button. 




  4. Go to Step 2 - Create Shipment  instructions under Facility Return
