Objective: In this lesson you will create a single event session on an existing Activity using the Calendar.
- Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.
- Select Calendar.
- Select the Facility or Space.
- Click the appropriate Activity from the Calendar filter on the right panel.
Note: When Selected the system will apply a white circle. - Drag and drop the Activity on the new event date.
- Enter the detailed information on the Scheduling tab across the top of the Activity Detail window.
- Click on the Overrides tab. If any information is different for this particular session than what is being inherited by the Activity can be changed by turning on the additional tabs. This is not required.
Click the "Save" button when complete.
