Import Note
When tickets are imported from an older contract Prices (Except for Gate Price & Promo Price) cannot be edited. Additional options are as follows:
- You may choose to save this ticket with a new Price Code by toggling the switch under the Ticket IDs section of the Details tab.
- You may alternatively clone this ticket with a new Price Code by using the Clone action on the Ticket Grid.
- Select the Contract (This will be the "To" Contract)
- Select Import Ticket
- Select the "From" Contracts (Tickets will import form this contract)
- Select the Ticket/s to Import.
- Select Import.
