Objective: In this lesson you will create an reoccurring event session on an existing Activity in the Calendar. 

 

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.
  2. Select Calendar.
  3. Select the appropriate Facility or Space from the filter for the calendar to display.
  4. Click the appropriate Activity under the Calendar filter on the right panel.
    Note: When selected the system will apply a white circle to the left of the Activity Name. 
  5. Drag and drop the Activity on the desired event date. 
  6. Enter the detailed information on the Scheduling tab. To change the occurrence pattern use the Event Type dropdown to select Weekly or Monthly. The screen below Event Type will change based on your selection. Enter in the additional required event information.

  7. Click on the Overrides tab if any information is different for this particular session than what is being inherited by the Activity. The information can be changed by turning on the additional tabs.
    Note: This is not required.

    Otherwise, click the "Save" button when complete.
