The Activity Catalog is a listing of all Activities assigned to your user Role. You can filter the list that displays by clicking on an Activity Category on the left or by filtering to a specific Installation or Facility at the top of the page.
An Activity will be the Master Record for your Activity Sessions. Sessions are the individual occurrences of your Activity e.g. Pilates is an Activity and my Sessions occur on Mondays and Wednesdays at 0900 AM.

Houses all Location Details, Descriptions, Master Instructor list and links any Additional Installations. This will be your Master Record. | Session contains the Date and Time of an Activity Occurrence or Re-Occurrence. Sessions also have the ability to override Activity Details. A Session might require an override if the Facility or Space linked is different than that of the Master Record |
