Facility Returns > Add Facility Return

  1. Click on the "+" button.


  2. Make selections in each dropdown menu for Region, Installation, Facility, Reason and Vendor. Click Create.


  3. Click on the "+" button.


  4. Select the applicable tickets and click the Add Selected Ticket(s) button.


  5. The Ticket has been added to the Return.
