There are two ways to print calendars to use at your facility:

  1. The Week Fitness Schedule provides a weekly view of the selected facility's Calendar events. 
  2. The Current Calendar View will export a PDF version of your calendar settings. Classes will generate based on the set start date, selected categories and facility filters.

 

Print Classes will only print events that have NOT already occurred. This prevents the system from printing something that only happens on the 2nd of the month if you print it on the 3rd.

  • Aquatics Hours will display if there is a pool space with a facility hours override.
    • The first pool space found will be used for the aquatics hours. If no override exists at the pool space level, it will not output aquatic hours.
  • Class descriptions will include a start date if the class does not occur on 1st week of the month.
  • The fitness center Hours of Operation generates from the Facility Hours of Operation tab.
  • The fitness center info uses the facility address and main phone number.
