This assumes you have navigated to Announcements.
TO ACCESS Content Explorer:
sign in with a privileged user
from global navigation
select Content Explorer
select Activities, Trips and Classes
Click Announcements to populate the list of Feeds.
Double Click the Announcement Feed.
