Objective: In this lesson you will create an Activity session in the Calendar.


  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.
  2. Select Calendar.
  3. Select the appropriate Facility or Space from the filter for the calendar to display.
  4. To schedule a session for an existing activity, please select an activity on the right and double-click the day, or drag and drop the activity onto the day. When clicked, a circle will indicate your selection. 

    New activities must be created in the Activity Catalog. Add an Activity in the Catalog



  5. Enter the scheduling information and complete any necessary Overrides.
