Understanding the Tool Bar

1. Menu Selector

A three line menu icon is found in the upper left corner of the application. Clicking on the icon displays the workspace menu seen below.

2. Workspace selector

The workspace selector contains navigation links to the primary sections of the system.

3. Support

The question mark icon contains links to support documentation and to the FFA service desk where users can report a bug, system outages, or request assistance.

4. Attendance Notifications

As classes/Sessions are completed they will be added to a queue for attendance tracking. The red notification badge indicates how many sessions are in the queue.

5. Logout

NFDMS User Guide > NFDMS Navigation > image2015-10-19 13:44:20.png

This will log you out of the system.
