Objective: In this lesson you will create a Parent Activity.


  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Calendar workspace.

  2. Select your Facility or Space
  3. Double Click the first day of your Activity
  4. Enter the detailed information using the three tabs across the top of the Activity Detail window. 
    Note: The Facility selected on the Details screen will automatically link with the associated Region and Installation.
  5. Click Additional Installations. Click save when complete. 
    Note: Additional Installations provides a method to display event information on multiple MWR marketing websites.
  6. Confirm your Activity was created
