Objective: In this lesson you will create an Reoccurring Event on the Calendar. 

 

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system. Select the Calendar workspace.

  2. Select your Facility or Space
  3. Click the Parent Activity 
    Note: When Selected the system will apply a white circle. 


  4. Drag and Drop the Parent Activity on the New Event date. 


  5. Enter the Scheduling details.

  6. Click Overrides. Click save when complete.
    Note: Your Activity Session inherits details from the Activity but can be overridden if needed. 


  7. Confirm your Reoccurring Session was created.
