Activities Attendance will ONLY display those Activities that are linked to an Activity Category with the Attendance Type= Scheduled.

Once an Activity Session has a "Status" of "Done the record will move from "Open" to "Completed". 

 

Step-by-step guide

To modify a Completed record. 

  1. Select the Menu 
  2. Select Attendance from the drop down
  3. Click "Completed"


  4. Highlight the record you wish to modify and Click the "Pencil" OR Double Click 

  5. Update the Status

    The record will not move from "Open" to "Completed" until the Status is set to "Done".

  6. Change the Instructor if needed. This field will default to the linked instructor at the time of occurrence. 
  7. Set "Active Duty" and "Other" totals. 
  8. Toggle "ON", "Class Canceled" if there is no data to report and Select a "Reason".
  9. Click "Save"
