Objective: Create a Spaces within an existing Facility

Step by Step

1. Go to Menu Selector, top Left  
   
2. Click Facilities
   
3. Select the Facility Type, on Left
   
4. Double click the Facility in need of a Space/s
   
5. Click the “Plus” sign
   
6. Enter the Details
   
7. Click Description
   
8. Enter the Description
   
9. Click Sections, if your Facility has Sections
   
10. Click the "+" sign
    
    
    
11. Click Save - system will display the Facility Overview screen
    
12. Continue entering additional spaces as needed.
    
    
13. Confirm that all spaces were created.

Expected Result

• User should have created at least 1 space with in an existing Facility record.
