Once an Activity session occurs the session data will populate in the "Open" Activity Attendance list. If you create the session in your catalog after it occurred it will not flow over to this page.

Once a record is saved the record will move to the Completed tab.

Note: The appearance of the Activity will be based on the Time Zone linked to the Installation.
