DeletionOnly Activities with Sessions that have occurred (Past) can be deleted. If the system finds a link to an Session that has "Future" dates the deletion will not be allowed.
Attempt Deletion on Future Activity SessionError: Cannot delete section because it is associated with 5 future Activity occurrences

 

Step-by-step guide

For Single Events

     1. Double Click the Session in need of deleting 

If you see the recurrence icon , you will be prompted with an additional selection. Click Here to skip to this section

 

     2. Click "Delete"

For Recurrence Events

     1. Double Click the Activity in need of deleting 



     2. Select the appropriate prompt.

       

Edit Session- To Delete the single event instance for the selected day. 

Edit Series- To Delete the Entire Series of Reoccurring events. 

 

     3.  Click "Delete"
