1. Click on the menu icon in the top left header area. 
   
   
   
2. Click "Facilities".
   
   
   
3. Select the appropriate Facility Type (In this case, “Fitness Centers”).  
   
   
   
4. “Highlight” the Facility
   
   
   
   
5. Click the "Trashcan" icon OR Hit the "Delete" button on keyboard.
    Note: For Mac users- Hold down "Function" and "Delete".
   
   
6. Click "Yes" to delete.
