How did you get here:

Activity Catalog> Selected an Activity>Selected an Activity Instance> Scheduling Tab

OR

Activity Calendar>Double Click an Activity Instance> Scheduling Tab

OR

Activity Calendar> Add an Activity to the Calendar> Scheduling Tab




 


Scheduling Details

  1. Enter Start Time and End Time

  2. Enter Display Date
  3. Enter Instructor
  4. Registration Deadline

Reoccurrence Pattern

Single Day - Event occurs as a Single, One Day event

Weekly Event- Event reoccurres Weekly on set days of the week. e.g. Tadpole swim takes place every Mon and Wed at 0900 AM. 

Monthly Event- This event can take place on First, Second, Third, Fourth or Last day of the month. It can also occur on a set day (e.g. 20th) of "X" months. "x" being the chosen occurrnece. e.g. An activity will occur on the 20th of every "2" months (every other month). 

 

 

 

  1. Click the Description and enter Class/Event Description. For detailed information on how to format see Rich Text Editor, in your user guide. 

  2. a. Click the "Plus" sign to add an image. 
    b. To add a URL link to an image, simply click in the "Link" space, and enter the Full URL.


  3. Click the "Plus" sign to add Downloads, such as Waivers or Event Flyer.


  4. Add Tags by drilling down to the appropriate Tag and clicking the "Arrow".

            

     

  5. Add any Additional Location


  6. Grant Access to the appropriate Groups. 


  7. If Multiple groups are selected, "Is Primary" should be selected for the Primary Group.

    Note: If an item has multiple Groups selected, the URL generated will use this Primary group instead of randomly selecting a group. 

     

  8. Click "Save".
