1. Menu Selector

Found in the top left of your screen. This allows access to various workspaces. For specific definitions please refer to the individual workspaces defined in this document

Workspaces: Facilities, Attendance, Activity Catalog, Calendar, Personnel, Administration

2. Drop Down Menu

Contains navigation "Tree" for the current workspaces. This will allow you to navigate between menus as needed.

3. Support

Use our Support page to Search for Solutions to your current dilemmas, report a bug, report system problems, or request assistance with your password.

4. Notifications

Pending Notifications will display as a red circle on your Notification icon.

5. Logout

This will log you out of the system.

Square	Element	Description
1	Menu Selector	Access various workspaces, e.g. Facilities, Attendance, Activity Catalog, Calendar, Personnel, Administration
2	Support	Links to support service desk
3	Notifications	Incomplete Activity Attendance records will display a notification count here
4	Log Out	By selecting this you will be logged out of the system
5	Toolbar	Contains menu of buttons appear that are relevant to the Main Content Pane below
6	Left Panel	Contains navigation "Tree" for the current workspace
7	Main Content Panel	Displays the content selected in the left navigation "Tree"
