Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the menu icon in the top left header area.
   
   
   
   
2. Click "Content Explorer".
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Events".
   
   
   
   
4. Click the "Plus" icon.
   
   
   
   
5. Add event details.
   
   
   
   
6. In the Date & Time tab, recurrence can be setup in 3 ways, Single Event, Weekly and Monthly.
   
   
   
7. Selecting Weekly will allow the Event to repeat on the specified days until the End Date has been reached.
   
   
   
8. Selecting Monthly will allow an Event to repeat with granular controls like a certain day of every month, or a certain occurrence of a day of the week, both with abilities to skip months (First Thursday of every 3 months, for example)
   
   
   
9. Continue adding additional information by clicking on other tabs (Such as Description, Images, Downloads, Tags, and Groups).
   
   
10. Click "Save".
    

Activities, Classes and Trips 

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the menu icon in the top left header area. 
   
   
   
   
2. Click "Content Explorer".
   
   
   
   
3. Click "Activities, Trips and Classes ". 
   
   
   
   
4. Click the "Arrow" to expand the sub-menus
   
5. Click Event or Class, depending on your need.
   
   
   
6. "Plus" icon. 
   
   
   
   
7. Add event details. 
   
   
   
   
8. Click the Description and enter Class/Event Description. For detailed information on how to format see Rich Text Editor, in your user guide. 
   
9. 
   a. Click the "Plus" sign to add an image. 
   b. To add a URL link to an image, simply click in the "Link" space, and enter the Full URL.
   
   
   
10. Click the "Plus" sign to add Downloads, such as Waivers or Event Flyer.
    
    
    

11. Add Tags by drilling down to the appropriate Tag and clicking the "Arrow".

            

     

12. Add any Additional Location
    
    
    

13. Grant Access to the appropriate Groups. 
    
    
    

14. If Multiple groups are selected, "Is Primary" should be selected for the Primary Group.

    Note: If an item has multiple Groups selected, the URL generated will use this Primary group instead of randomly selecting a group.

    

     

15. Click "Save".
    

Individual (Sections) Activities

1. Click the "Plus" sign to add a Class or Event

5. Continue to the Overrides Tab to override the Parent Settings (Such as Description, Images, Downloads, Tags, and Groups)
   By Toggling ON these Overrides you can add Class or Event specific information to the selected fields.
   
   
   
6. Click "Save".
