The MTP Ticket Mangers training is designed specifically for new managers and is approximately three and hours in length.

*If you are a new sales location before we can grant you access to our Ticket Management System(TMS) , we require that the new installation manager attends a managers training.  

*If your location is already part of TMS but you are a new manager than this course will also help you re-affirm what you are able to see in TMS.
