Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the menu icon in the top left header area.



  2. Click "Content Explorer".



  3. Click "Events".



  4. Double click on the information to be edited.



  5. Edit necessary information.



  6. Click "Save".

 

Activities, Trips and Classes

Note: The following steps are for users that use the Activity, Classes and Trip logic, not those using the Event logic.

  1. Click on the menu icon in the top left header area. 



  2. Click "Content Explorer".



  3. Click "Activities, Trips and Classes ". 



  4. Click the "Arrow" to expand the sub-menus



  5. Select the "Events" or "Classes".
  6. To update the Parent Event or Class continue with these instructions. To update the child Event or Class, see Child Event

  7. Select Event or Classes


  8. To update the Parent information Double Click the Event or Class.

                   
  9. Click Edit
  10. Edit necessary information.



  11. Click "Save".


    For Child (individual) Event or Class Editing

  12. To update the Child (Individual) Class or Event, double click on the Parent Class or Event.




  13. Double Click the individual Class or Event you wish to edit.

  14. Edit necessary information.



  15. Click "Save".
