  2. Personal information on this system is protected under the Privacy Act Office of The U.S Department of The Navy. The authority for the collection of this information is listed in the Department of Navy Privacy Act Systems of Record Notice NM01700-1 dated 12 February 2008.
  3. For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this government computer system employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage.
  4. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
  5. The appearance of external links or hyperlinks on this page does not constitute endorsement by the Federal Government, Department of Defense or CNIC FFR of linked web sites or the information, products or services contained therein.
