Objective: In this lesson you will create a Single Event on the Calendar. single event session on an existing Activity in the Calendar.
- Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.
- Select the Calendar workspace.
- Select your the appropriate Facility or Space
from the filter for the calendar to display. - Click the Parent Activity the appropriate Activity under the Calendar filter on the right panel.
Note: When Selected selected the system will apply a white circle to the left of the Activity Name. - Drag and Drop drop the Parent Activity on the New Event desired event date.
- Enter the detailed information using the two tabs across the top of the Activity Detail window. Click save when complete.
on the Scheduling tab. - Click on the Overrides tab if any information is different for this particular session than what is being inherited by the Activity. The information can be changed by turning on the additional tabs.
Note: This is not required.
Otherwise, click the "Save" button when complete.
Confirm that Session was created.
