The Activity Catalog is a listing of all Activities assigned to your user role. You can filter the list that displays by clicking on an Activity Category on the left panel or by filtering to a specific Region, Installation, and/or Facility at the top of the page.
An Activity is the master record for your sessions. Sessions are the individual occurrences of your Activity.
Example: Pilates is an Activity and my sessions occur on Mondays and Wednesdays at 0900 AM.

| Includes the date and time of an Activity occurrence or re-occurrence. Sessions also have the ability to override Activity details, descriptions and additional installations that are different than the Master Record |
