Create an Instructor

Steps

  1. Go to Menu Selector, top Left

  2. Click Personnel

  3. Select Instructors, on Left

  4. Click the “Plus” sign

  5. Complete the Details

  6. Select Installations
    Image Removed
  7.  Find your Region or Installation, expand by selecting the “arrow”

  8. Hover the mouse over your installation and Select the “arrow” to move your installation to the right

  9. Click Save - system will display the Instructor Overview screen

  10. Confirm your Instructor was created

Expected Result

  • User should have created a new Instructor

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.

  2. Select Personnel.

  3. Select Instructors on left panel.
    Image Added
  4. Click the “+” sign button.
    Image Added
  5. Enter in the Instructor information.
    Image Added
  6.  On the Installations Tab to assign an Installation click the arrow next to the Installation name to have it added to the right panel. Click the "Save" button when complete.  
     Note: An Instructor can be assigned multiple Installations.
