Objective: In this lesson you will create employee headcounts for your Installation.

 

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.

  2. Select Personnel.

  3. Select Headcounts on left panel.

  4. Double click the Installation you wish to enter in headcounts.

Update Head Counts

Steps

  1. Go to Menu Selector, top Left

  2. Click Personnel

  3. Select Head Counts, on Left
    Image Removed
  4. Double Click the Region/ Installation
    Image Removed
  5. Select the "+" sign sign button.

  6. Complete the Details
    Image Removed
  7. Click Save - system will display the Installation Head Count Overview screen

  8. Confirm the Head Count data was created

Expected Result

  • User should have created a new Head Count Record
  1. Image Added
  2. Enter in the required information and click the "Save" button when complete.
    Note: Fiscal Year will default to the current fiscal year.
