When tickets are imported from an older contract Prices (Except for Gate Price & Promo Price) cannot be edited. Additional options are as follows:

  • You may choose to save this ticket with a new Price Code by toggling the switch under the Ticket IDs section of the Details tab. 
  • You may alternatively clone this ticket with a new Price Code by using the Clone action on the Ticket Grid.

 

 

  1. Select the Contract (This will be the "To" Contract)

  2. Select Import Ticket

2. Select a Contracts

  2. Select the "From" Contracts (Tickets will import form this contract)
