Objective: In this lesson you will create employee headcounts for your Installation.

 

  1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.

  2. Select Personnel.

  3. Select Headcounts on left panel.

  4. Double click the Installation you wish to enter in headcounts.

Description: 
Update Head Counts

Triggers:

Users needs to update Head Counts

 

Steps

  1. Go to Menu Selector, top Left  
  2. Click Personnel
  3. Select Head Counts, on Left
  4. Click the “Plus” sign
  5. Double Click the Region/ Installation
  6. Select the "+" sign 
  7. Complete the Details
  8. Click Save - system will display the Installation Head Count Overview screen
  9. Confirm the Head Count data was created

 

Expected Result

  • User should have created a new Head Count Record
  1. sign button.

    Note: Fiscal Year will default to the current fiscal year.
