Create an Instructor

Steps

1. Open the workspace selector by clicking on the three line menu icon in the upper left corner of the system.

2. Select Personnel.

3. Go to Menu Selector, top Left  
4. Click Personnel
   
   
5. Select Instructors , on Leftleft panel.

6. Click the “Plus” sign
7. Complete the Details
8. Select Installations
9.  Find your Region or Installation, expand by selecting the “arrow”
10. Hover the mouse over your installation
11. Select the “arrow” to move your installation to the right
12. Click Save - system will display the Instructor Overview screen
Confirm your Instructor was created

Expected Result

• User should have created a new Instructor

1. “+” sign button.

2. Enter in the Instructor information.

3.  On the Installations Tab to assign an Installation click the arrow next to the Installation name to have it added to the right panel. Click the "Save" button when complete.  
    Note: An Instructor can be assigned multiple Installations.
