Facility Returns > Add Facility Return |
- Click on Type of Ticket to return
- Click the "+" button.
Make selections in each dropdown. Click Create.
Click the "+" button.
Select applicable tickets and click the Add Selected Ticket(s) button.
Select items from the drop down menu if not preset for you. When complete, click on the Create button.
- The Ticket has been added to the Return.
