  3. Add Activity Sub-categories, if needed
  4. Select the Week Fitness Schedule (PDF) button.

  5. In the top left of the new window, select the preferred page orientation. 
  6. Print or Download your schedule

    This last step will be based on your browser. Some browsers require a download before you can preview and print the document.
